A radio program was held at Sarang 107.8 FM community radio station at St Aloysius College on October 10, 2018, from 10-11 am to create awareness on CEDSE Care Child Cancer (CCC).

Dr B Shanataram Baliga and Dr Rita Noronha participated in a Radio program. Dr Baliga spoke on childhood cancer, its prevalence and the need for early detection and health promotion. He spoke of the relevance/utility of programmes such as Care Child Cancer to ensure survival for a significant number of affected children from economically marginalized families.

Dr Rita Noronha dwelt on CEDSE, its vision, mission and initiatives in general and the progress of Care Child Cancer programme since last 5 years (2013-2018). There were many questions from the audience on the subject of cancer which were responded to by the speakers. The program in the Kannada language was fruitful in reaching a large number of local listeners.
