Mission: Function as a resource centre to contribute to inclusive, sustainable human development with focus on the marginalized sections of society.

Major components of our mission as a resource centre are:

• Promoting effective organizations and leaders among the marginalized to ensure fulfillment of their rights
• Establishing and supporting relevant, collaborative, sustainable and replicable models of services/programs (i.e. women owned dairy cooperative, Kulur, Child Cancer Care, Palliative Care)
• Building committed and competent teams of professionals and volunteers to function as facilitators of the process
• Undertaking/supporting relevant research studies
• Producing, publishing and disseminating educational materials inclusive of manuals for training
• Networking and advocacy to promote appropriate policies and programmes in collaboration with civil society agencies and the government
